Privacy policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

binkly helps people pay online and helps businesses get paid. To do that we handle personal data, and we take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

binkly (“binkly”, “we”) operates the binkly wallet, hosted checkout, business dashboard and API at binkly.tech. For the wallet and our website we decide how your data is used. When a business uses binkly to take your payment, that business is also responsible for the data it receives about your order.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your purchases to show you advertising.

4. Who we share it with

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as financial and anti-money-laundering laws require, which is usually several years after the payment. Security logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed to investigate an incident.

6. Security

Sign-in uses one-time codes or passwords with optional two-step sign-in. Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access by our team is limited and recorded. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

7. Your rights

You can see and change your details in your wallet at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep. Send requests through our support form.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: email support@binkly.tech, or use the support form and choose “Something else”. Our postal address is 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. We will update this page when the policy changes, and tell you directly about important changes.
